godaddy用$2.95优惠码注册.com域名不成功 / 1评 / 0 10月20日我的淘宝客域名终于确定为jianmeiw.com，于是着手注册，由于在网络上看到很多人说在国内注册域名会存在这样那样的限制，这样那样的风险，而且也贵，我也深以为然，于是就想把这个域名在国外的域名注册商注册，经过多方打探最后确定在godaddy注册，这家域名注册商不仅是全球最大的域名注册商而且还有很多有优惠码，相对其它的注册商来说要实惠不少。 说干就干，在网上找到了一个注册com域名只要2.95美元的优惠码，看到这个优惠码非常的高兴，这是相当的便宜啊，于是马上在godaddy网站上注册一个帐号就开始了域名的注册，虽然网站是全英文的，而且我的英文水平也不咋滴，但注册过程操作起来也没有任何困难，所以详细的操作步骤我就不多说了，百度一搜一大把。在这里我主要说下最后一步，在最后一步选择支付方式的时候因为使用了优惠码，所以只能选择信用卡支付或者支票支付，信用卡一定要是国际双币种信用卡（一般为vsia卡和mastercard卡），不然不能用来支付美元。当我选择信用卡支付填写了信用卡信息进入下一步需要输入验证码，输入完验证码最后提交的时然后没有支付成功，给出了如下的提示 “Unfortunately, we are unable to process your purchase using this form of payment. Please utilize another form of payment, or contact (480) 505-8855 for further assistance.” 大概意思就是说无法用这种方式完成付款，请用其它的支付方式或者拨打他们的热线。看到这样的信息感觉很奇怪，但是我也不气馁，在网上搜索了一下发现很多人都遇到了这样的问题，但是知道真正原因并解决的很少，我只搜索到了两个人通过godaddy的在线帮助解决了这个问题，虽然不知道为什么会出现这样的提示，但是我还是参考网上的解决办法在godaddy的在线帮助上给他们发去了我的求助信告诉他们的遇到的问题，内容如下 “i want to register domain "jianmeiw.com" via my mastercard card, but when i want to pay for this domain this is a error : Unfortunately, we are unable to process your purchase using this form of payment. Please utilize another form of payment, or contact (480) 505-8855 for further assistance. but Creditcard is the only one payment method how can i resolve this problem，thanks.” 到第二天凌晨3点的时候（和美国有时差，呵），我收到了godaddy的回信内容如下 “Dear Yu Mingtang, Thank you for contacting Online Support. I understand you are experiencing an issue with processing the order for your domain name. In order for us to properly look into this issue we will need to attempt to duplicate the order and the error that you are receiving. If the issue continues, please respond with the following information: • The items that you have in the cart that you are attempting to order. • Your confirmation that you authorize the charge shown in the cart (include the exact amount). • The last 4 digits of the payment method you are attempting to use (Adding and Updating the Credit Card Information for Your Account). • That you have read and agree to our Universal Terms of Service. • Specific statements for any other listed agreements from the shopping cart. These must be specific statements to any agreements showing just prior to checkout. • Please also include your account's 4 Digit Support PIN. Once this information is provided we can attempt to place the order on your behalf. This will help to determine if any issues are present in the cart and where they may be coming from. Thank you for your cooperation. To verify the Support PIN linked to the customer number:: Log into the account. Once logged in you will see the account holders first and last name in capital letters towards the top of the screen. Under the account holders name will be the Customer Number with the the word 'PIN:' followed by 4 blue, underlined asterisks. ****. Thank you for the reply. While attempting to verify this issue, we note that this payment method is not on the account.

2.Go to the Payments tab.

3.Click Payment Methods.

5.In the New Payment Information area on the right, enter the required New Account Details.

6.Click Save Changes.

We will also need to verify the 4 digit Support PIN on the account. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. The PIN can be found by logging in to your account:

-Click the 'My Account' tab at the top right of the page.
-Under your name you will see 'Pin:' with 4 blue, underlined asterisks. ****
-Click the 4 blue, underlined asterisks.

I understand you are asking about a promotional code.  Some of our promotional codes are region specific, these codes are only accepted in the region that was designated for it to be used.  This code is set to a specific region, you can use a different code it should work for you, just not all codes are available for everyone to use.
